Comprehensive, well-rounded training in multiple
areas of the culinary and hospitality industries:
Associates of Occupational
Studies Degree Program in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts , Diploma Program in Le Cordon Bleu Pâtisserie & Baking , and an Associate of Occupational Studies Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality & Restaurant Management. These programs allow students
to plan on a consistent schedule throughout the
year. Culinary and Pâtisserie & Baking
students have the flexibility to attend morning,
mid-day or evening programs.
{ 5 } Competency–Based
Students in the culinary program receive training
that includes exposure to an array of culinary proficiencies.
All programs finish with a practical, structured
externship in a property related to their career.
Our externship coordinators work with properties
throughout the nation and foreign countries to
set up externships, many of which can lead to full-time
employment upon graduation.

allows students easy access to the booming Southern
California wine industry and organic movement.
The wine-growing regions of both Temecula and the Santa Ynez Valley are within easy driving
