CSCA offers a 42-week weeknight and Saturday curriculum that can have you armed with a Le Cordon Bleu Diplōme and working in your dream career in as little as one year.

  • Professional Le Cordon Bleu Training. The study of classic French techniques combined with modern American technologies can give you the edge in baking and pastry arts.
  • Short Term program. This professional and comprehensive program offers classes two evenings/week plus Saturdays to help get you prepared for your career in less time than you think.
